On-Campus Pick Up, Shipping and Return Policy

 On-Campus Pick Up

  • Pick up will be in the FYE office located at King Hall, 2501 Jerome Avenue, Bronx, NY and in Residence Life, 434 Main Street, New Rochelle. 
  • You choose Pick Up at check out.
  • You can pick up your order 10 am - 5 PM Monday – Thursday and 10 am - 2 PM Friday.  Pick Up will not be available when the College is closed.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready. Please pick up your order within one week of confirmation.


  • Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at market@monroecollege.edu. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address including apartment numbers. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that was provided.
  • Once an order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.


Thank you for purchasing from Monroe’s Marketplace. At this time we do not accept returns or cancellations on orders. In order to be eligible for an exchange for a different size, please email market@monroecollege.edu. To exchange a product for a different size it must be postmarked within two weeks of receiving the item. Purchasers will be responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, your exchange will be processed for replacement.
